What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at TheRealOneUmmah@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to help by:

  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable.

  • Assisting with tracking updates or replacement options when available.

  • Providing documentation or support to help you follow up with the carrier directly.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office if your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped by our manufacturer, we’ll receive a tracking number and send it to you by email confirming your order is on the way. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3-4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at TheRealOneUmmah@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to check on your order’s status.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after they have been fulfilled. Our business days are Sunday-Thursday, so weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

What is the refund/return policy?

We want you to love your new clothing, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Requests for a return or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization.

3. Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected, and all required information is provided, we will process your refund within 3–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

We do not accept returns for final sale items or intimate apparel (such as undergarments or swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
